- The term "Software" refers to the "Geophysical and Geological Information Management Server" and the "Geomechanics Information Database".
- The term "Database" refers to the data arrays for geotechnical information saved in a relational format by the Software.

The intellectual property rights for the Website, the Software and the Database on this Website belong to individual organizations that have created such contents. However, geotechnical information such as individual boring logs and soil test results shall be deemed to have no copyright. -
Article 3 (Content of Use Permission)
Under the provisions set forth by these Terms of Use, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, etc. permit searching and viewing of geotechnical information on and downloading files from this Website, as well as viewing, copying, distributing, lending and selling of geotechnical information such as boring logs and soil test results on a non-exclusive basis. -

- Use of this Website that violates any laws/regulations, public order or morals is prohibited in any way and for any purpose.
